question about reddi-whip

I'm a little confused about whipped toppings:
I understand that cool whip is officially SBD approved, but some feel the ingredients are very contrary to SBD;
SO, some opt for Reddi-Whip: I like the taste of reddi-whip, so I'm all for that, BUT, my confusion lies in WHICH reddi-whip: Are both regular & FF okay (although FF has small amounts of 'bad' ingredients)? Calorie wise is the FF a better option?

Thanks very much. I really enjoy the reddi-whip, and I have to carefully monitor myself to keep to only 2 TBSP per day -- so I want to make sure that I'm eating the right one.

Hi Ellen,

I use the light or fat free reddi-whip.
