Can someone take a look at this & let me know if it's okay on phase 2 & if it is, what constitutes a serving of carbs?
WASA Crispbread; Fiber Rye with Sesame & Oats:
1 slice = 30 calories; fat: .5 g; trans fat = 0; dietary fiber = 2 g; sugars = 0;
ingredients: whole grain rye flour; wheat bran; sesame seeds; oat flakes, wheat germ, wheat fiber & sea salt.

It's pretty yummy with a little part skim ricotta.

Yes, that is an acceptable cracker choice. You may have 2 crispbreads (4g fiber). All flavors of Wasa Cripsbread are SBD freindly.
