My menu for today

Please let me know if this is a good menu -
Breakfast - coffee with splenda
fat free energy bar
rice fat free pudding
banana
Lunch - lental soup
fat free yogurt with peach
glass of fat free milk
Dinner - chicken breast with veggies
piece of dark chocolate
fat free pudding
20 min cardio before dinner.
2 more pounds to my goal! :)

Hi Dani,
There are a few things in your menu that jump out at me.
First, although protein/energy
Dani, you must be so excited - so close to your goal! You can do it!
In addition to what Karen said, I think you need to add some grains to your menu. 2-3 servings a day is recommended. I assume your in p2 since you mentioned a banana & peach. Also, 3 cups a day of dairy is recommended in p2.
