Questions about Phase 2 - bf mother

Hi! I posted here before - before Christmas, I think - and think I am finally ready to start SBD. I have the book on reserve at the Library and hope to get it this week, and have been looking through the archives to get an idea of where to start this week.
I am a bf mother and understand that I need to start in Phase 2, and I have the Foods to Enjoy / Avoid lists from both Phase 1 and 2 printed out. I think I am allowed the following each day, but would like someone to look this over to LMK if I am missing anything, or adding too much in:
- Protein - unlimited, but start small
- Veggies - 9 servings (I think that would equal 4.5 cups, right? - that's a lot of veggies)
- Fruit - 3 servings
- Starch - 3 servings (can I have 4 if I omit one of the fruits?)
- Milk / Dairy - 4 cups
- Nuts - 1 serving
- Fat - not really sure how much, but am following the phase 2 Meal Planner as a guideline
Any thoughts/advice appreciated!
