Starting Phase 2 tomorrow!!!

I am starting Phase 2 tomorrow and I am so excited, but also a little nervous. I plan to add 1 fruit and 1 starch for two weeks and see how that goes. I want to go really slow. Breakfasts are really hard for me b/c I don't ever seem to have any time in the morning. Now, for my questions:
- I am going to have the Quaker Weight Control oatmeal for breakfast and see how it agrees with me. That would count as my one starch for the day, right?
- I plan to have a Blue Bunny Lite 85 yogurt as my mid-morning snack--does that count as 1/2 serving of milk or a whole serving?
- I can't wait to have SF FF pudding for dessert (only one of course)! That counts as 1/2 milk serving, right?
- If I have my starch for the day for breakfast, I should plan on having a Phase 1 dinner, correct?
- Is 2 T. the limit for Reddi-Wip?
