Hello everyone,
There r alot of things going on. First i really want to lose weight , i was losing 1 lb a week b4 going on vacation then i started over i,m now in 1st week of p2. i lost 3 1/2 lbs in p1 this week i still have to weigh myself but i am thinking i haven,t lost anything .
i really have to lost weight coz otherwise i might have hernia again ( had surgeries 3 times b4) . and its so hard to do so , i,m dep coz of the cold weather . i don,t feel like doing anything . hubby is busy i hardly see him, and they all eat (hubby and kids) what they want
.

Hey, here's a {{{BIG HIG}}}}. It seems like it's been a long winter (even if it has been mild in some parts) but it SOON will be over!!
I am so sorry you are feeling depressed. Your weight loss seems to be moving in the right direction. Continue on with Phase 2 eating, being sure that you get your fruits and grains in daily. If you are moving on to your second week of Phase 2, you should be eating 2 fruits and 2 grains each day. Next week you'll have 3 of each.
Phase 2 is the real weight loss phase, but it won't happen overnight! Stick with it and you will see the results. Also, try not to get hung up with the numbers on the scale. Gauge your success by how your clothes feel and your energy level.
