I need some easy protein ideas...

I am re-starting phase 2 since I went to my parents house for a week, pigged out on junk food(we ate out all the time), gained weight back and now have to get back ito the swing of things. Cravings haven't really been a problem, thankfully. I've been eating 2 fruits a day(bananas and oranges), but I need some protein ideas. Something that will fill me up.
I don't like: Plain yogurt(if I can throw fruit in it, I *might* be able to get it all down)
cottage cheese
And I'm sure there are others that I'm forgetting. It's late and I need to get to bed.

How about rolled up turkey breast or other lean lunch meat.

Also, what are some good protein-packed snacks? I'm mostly looking for snacks(it was late and I forgot to add that part in my OP).

Snack ideas:
hard boiled egg
rolled up turkey breast w/ pepper strips or cucumber spears
hummus is a protein.
