The flavored extracts are found in common grocery stores in the baking aisle, such as pure vanilla extract.

Yes, any of these can be added to nonfat plain yogurt, just choose the flavors you like.
Here are recipes from the Breakfast Ideas post I mentioned, that would be good to have with sugar-free maple syrup:
Here is a Phase 1 "french toast" recipe:
French Toast SBD Style (Phase 1)
4 whole eggs + 4 egg whites
1 cup low fat or fat-free ricotta
1 T vanilla
1 T cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
4 pkt. Splenda
Beat all ingredients and pour into an 8x8 baking dish sprayed w/ Pam. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes.
You've probably seen they type of syrups we are talking about before - most coffee house's like Starbucks have a wall full of them - of course those are usually the kind with sugar. But same type of brands you find in coffee houses for flavoring drinks (like Torani, DaVinci) also make sugar-free versions.
I've found them in some grocery stores, not in other's. Every Super Walmart I have been in has 1 or 2 of the sugar-free variety. If they do have them, they would be in the coffee section as their main use is flavoring coffees. Other places I have seen them are Marshall's (same as TJ Maxx I believe), Cost Plus, Smart and Final (a restaurant supply-type warehouse store) and gourmet/specialty grocery stores.
I personally think they are WAY too thin to use on pancakes and such. They are not "thick" like a maple syrup, they are much thinner because they have to be quickly/easily stirred into drinks. There are quite a few brands of sugar-free maple syrup that most grocery stores carry that I like on whole wheat pancakes and waffles.
