Oh Yes-- I have seen this and printed it out... I was just wondering how you can tell what each size is... for example... breakfast... How can I tell what a 2 0z portion is of protein??? and so on for lunch at 3 oz's? Also for breakfast what would OAT MEAL fit under? And how much oatmeal should I have and how regularly? (Once a week three times etc?)
You'll notice on the protein recommendation that "Quantity is not limited". You should start out with a 2 or 3 ounce portion of protein but if you are still hungry you can add more.
