Today is my first phase 2 day...
For breakfast
2 oz chicken brst
4 oz flavored yogurt (dannon low carb low sugar--that was my last one and i wont buy any more of those--but i do have some 4 oz of dannon light and fit.. it says 40 calories and no fat (i think-- most of the info was on the box that was tossed last week-- are these yogurts okay on the SBD?)
Snack
half an apple
half a SBD peanut butter bar
Lunch
3 oz chix brst
2 cups of salad-tomatoes-tiny amount of bacon bits-tiny amount of sliced almonds
2 tablespoons olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing (IS that balsamic vinegar the same as vinegar? any vinegars you suggest using for dressings?)
Snack
half of SBD peanut butter bar
and maybe the rest of the apple
Dinner --not sure yet.
Also-- how and where would i start a journal on ivillage?
is it okay to post every day what i eat?

Your menu looks ok, except that
The Dannon Light 'n Fit yogurt is okay to have on Phase 2, but only up to 4 ounces per day because of added sugars that are added to flavored yogurts.
(Turkey bacon)
and thanks for everything else as well.
Is there any kind that i can eat and what ones should i stay away from?
Please see the Phase 1 Foods To Enjoy list for complete details on sausage.
