Here is what I am eating today. Please check to make sure this is all alright. I am in week 5 on SB. Thanks! Kate
Breakfast
- Oatmeal
- V8 juice
Morning Snack
- Lite 85 yogurt
Lunch
- Leftover shrimp from last night's dinner
- Salad
- 1 FF SF Jello cup with 2 T. Reddi Whip
Afternoon Snack
- 2 Wasa Crisps--1 with 2 T. peanut butter, 1 with Laughing Cow wedge
- Apple
Dinner
- Turkey Chili (from new SB cookbook--let me know if I should post the recipe, it is FABULOUS)
- Salad
- 2 cups skim milk with FF SF chocolate syrup
- SF Health Smart ice cream bar (60 cal)

Also...
I had a question about v 8 juice?
is there a certain kind we can have and a certain one to advoid?
also does it count towards anything? (veggies?)
Also when making the oatmeal if u use milk --does that count towards one serving of dairy per day?

You can have v8 or tomato juice and each 6 ounce serving counts as 1/2 cup of veggies.
