Do I start Phase 1 or Phase 2?

Hi everybody,
I did Phase 1 and Phase 2 of SBD and lost around 10 lb. (reached my goal). I went on vacation for 5 days and ate all kinds of stuff.. now I gained 4 lb.
Do I start from Phase 1 or Phase 2 to lose 5 lb?

Hi Dani,
There is no need (or benefit) to returning to Phase 1 unless you have cravings you can't control. Even then, you should only return for a couple of days to get rid of the cravings.

I agree, hop back on a good Phase 2, and you'll lose that vacation weight in no time!
