Hi—through reading lots of these messages... I come across lots of abbreviations...
I can’t think of them all… but can some one please fill me in…LOL
Like
TOM

DH
And any others you can think of
(How do u abbreviate family members?)
Also I was reading some ones journal
And it had three weights…
One I think was GW (I think goal weight)
But the other two I just couldn’t figure out…

Thanks

I wanted to add a couple that are kind of specific to our board:

SBD - South Beach Diet
WW - whole wheat
SF - sugar free
FF - fat free
NSA - no sugar added (this one puzzled me for MONTHS lol!) I kept wondering what the government had to do with popscicles and such! :-)

A couple more:

KWIM = know what I mean

WOE = way of eating

WOL = way of life

people often use the last two in lieu of the word "diet", because SBD is more of a healthy
