Ok, So I have lost about 15 pounds on SBD but the thing is I have been so off track for a few weeks. My plan is to start back with a strict phase 2. One starch and one fruit a day for a week. I can't go back to phase 1. I just don't have it in me and will not be able to stick to it if I tried.
Will the strict phase 2 work in restarting me? Should I then start readding starches and fruits the next week? And work my way up to 3 a day?

Today is hard, but I have stuck to my plan. I am about to make portabello pizzas for me and hte kids. I am home on spring break this week. I thought it would be easier to restart at home but it hasn't been.
