Carb Competitor

This might be a dumb question.... but can dairy be a carb competitor? I don't like to eat breakfast very much so I have to force myself. Too many years of not eating it, I guess.

If I have a grain for bkft, would a glass of skim milk be a competitor? If not, if I ate some string cheese or something like that, how much would I need to eat?

Thanks,
Lee

If you find that eating carbs spikes your blood sugar and you have cravings you need to be mindful of adding carb competitors to your meals and snacks.
