Fats Question

I was looking at the Phase 2 eating plan and I had a question about it. It says that you are allowed to have 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, trans-free margarine or oil, or 2 Tbsp salad dressing. Ok can you have 2 fats at one meal? For example today I had Chili cheese fries with 2 tbsp light sour cream and on my salad I had 2 tbsp salad dressing. Would that be allowed to have both at the same time? and also what is a serving size for sour cream? Thanks girls :)

What kind of chili cheese fries? With potatoes? Sweet potatoes? Mainly asking because I looove sweet potato fries, but had never thought of making them like chili cheese fries - if that is what you did was it good?
The "fats" category includes many choices - oils, margarine, salad dressing, avocado, olives, etc. Each type of food in this category has a specific serving size. For example, regular mayo is 1T, salad dressing is 2T, oils are 1T, avocado is 1/3, etc. Basically you are allowed a total of 2.5 servings of these per day. There are no strict rules about when and how many per meal - just a total of 2.5 per day.
I believe the limit per day is 2T of sour cream, it is not in the "fats" category. This is one item that changes quite often though, I think its changed 3 times since I started SBD. First it was a condiment, then it was counted as a sweet treat, now I believe it just has a 2T limit - but I'm not 100% sure.
