I am on the south Beach Phase II and can not find a good 100 percent whole wheat cracker. Can anyone give me advice on where to get those. I would like a few with my tuna.

I just bought the Mary's Gone Crackers brand yesterday and both DH & I love them ! There isn't any wheat in the ones I got...just a lot of other good grains. Yummy & crunchy !

Are the regular Triscuits the 100% WW ones? I can't find any that are called "100% whole wheat", but the ingredients are just whole wheat, salt, and one other thing that I can't think of right now...
