HI,
i have been in p2 since 27feb. gained .5 lb the first week . lost 4 lbs in sec week and haven,t weighed since then . i am scared that i haven,t lost any weight after that . will check on mon.
please check my meal plan for today .

B= tea with skim milk . HB egg . cottage cheese.
L= 1 whole eggplant (eggplant chips) with hummus and 1 turkey slice , 1 cheese slice.

S= peanut butter shake (SBD)
D= pad thai ( 1 serv), ginger chicken snappea, salad sbd recipe.
DESSERT= 1 slice pear snack cake. tea.
i drink 6 glasses of water with bit of crystal light.

You have been on Phase 2 for several weeks now and should be up to 3 grains and 3 fruits daily. You are not eating enough and need to add those foods to your diet to keep your metabolism working. I am also not sure if you are getting enough dairy - you need 2-3 cups per day.

yeah i should add more grains and fruit . as for dairy i,m taking 2 cups each day . 1 cup yogurt and 1 cup in my tea. today i am having a shake instead of eating yogurt.
