I was just browsing on the Food for Life website and see there are several product they make...This weekend while at my conference there are a couple of whole food stores listed that sell these products...Is there anything that I need to stay away from or are they pretty much ok? We do not have these products here in my town and I am not familiar with them at all...I'm still learning about label reading the SB way...I am equipted with the threads on bread and label reading ...I just don't know how much time I will have to spend in the store since we are only taking 1 vehicle and I will be with 4 other people...I would just like to take advantage of this opportunity to stock of on some of the things mentioned here and don't want to grab something that will go to waste...Thank you so much for all the help that you guys give!

They also make great English muffins and pita bread too - much higher in fiber than the Thomas'-stuff. We use their buns, breads, tortillas, pita and english muffins all the time, they are usually in the freezer section at my health food stores.

I don't know - never even seen "wraps", I've just used the tortillas, pita, bread, english muffins and hamburger buns. Are they like a flatbread? I couldn't find them on their website either?

Yes, the wraps/tortillas are too low in fiber.

They make a brown rice tortilla with this nutrition info:

I think that it's the sprouted grain variety that is legal.

Yep - mine are not the brown rice, I've never seen that one. They are sprouted grain, but not from the Ezekial line. They are from the same line as the english muffins, I couldn't fine a picture of them on the website.
