What happened to the check-ins??

Hi everyone!
Last time I was on this board, there were daily check-ins started by anyone who felt like starting one. Everyone could post their meal plan for the day, as well as anything else they wanted to say. I loved the check-ins! I came to the site every day to check in, because it was really helpful to be held accountable to someone besides myself, even if it is just an online group of people. It still helps a lot! Plus, it's a way of getting to know each other because people often post a few details about their day or their progress or their challenges. So what do you all think? Should we reinstate the check-ins? I think so! So I'll start by sharing my meal plan for the day:
B: Mock French Toast with SF syrup, 1 c. ff plain yogurt
S: red pepper slices (an entire red pepper); skim milk latte (about a cup of milk)
L: 1 oz. ww tortilla with 1 tbsp pb (we were out of sliced turkey), an apple
S: celery, an orange, a string cheese
D: Salad, grilled chicken breast with 1/2 c black beans and some salsa and lf sour cream
DD: probably none; maybe a sf pudding, but I doubt it. I'm trying not to eat too much artificial stuff.
Anyone else want to check in?? If no one likes check-ins, I won't start any more. However, if people do, then great!

I'm pretty new to this board and have gotten so much good information, support and recipes from it. I like your idea of the check-ins. I know down a little further on this board there is a spot for everyone to post their daily fitness and dining journals. Mine for today went like this (P2)
B- 1 cup ff yogurt with PB and a hb egg
S- 2 turkey and red pepper roll-ups with a tiny bit of lf mayo
L- A big salad with lettuce, mushrooms, peppers, chickpeas and a little chicken and SBD dressing and sf jello and 1 cup skim milk
D- MichealAnn's sloppy joe recipe over spaghetti squash and roasted brussel sprouts.
S- don't know

Feel free to journal below.
This exchange got me thinking. What would be fun would be a Daily Thoughts message each day. Like - Daily Thoughts Monday, Daily Thoughts Tuesday etc. The journal looks good for keeping track of foods, but a daily thought section would be for just random thoughts we might have. Sometimes I might think of something but I don't feel it needs a whole thread of it's own. It might be just something little I may want to share.

I was thinking that it could be at the top On the Beach as it would cover all phases and it wouldn't necessarily be something that needed support, more of quick thoughts and musings.
