Does anyone know if tasti d'lite frozen yogurt is ok for an occasional treat on phase 2?

I've posted the nutritional info from the website:

I'm guessing this would be a no because it is not sugar-free. They claim it is "low sugar". but in the ingredients, sugar is #3. It is also not fat-free, it contains cream.

Tasti D·Lite® INGREDIENTS
Water, Non-fat Milk, SUGAR, Cream, Vegetable Gums: Guar, Carrageenan and Carob Bean, Lactase, Natural Vanilla and Cocoa, and other Natural Flavors

Most of my frozen yogurt shops offer fat-free/sugar-free flavors that are a great choice for a sweet treat as long as you stay within the 100 calorie limit (usually they have 10-15 calories an oz. so you can usually have about 8oz) I would look for one of those!

Hi,

As MichaelAnn already stated, this is not a good choice on South Beach.
