So now they have come out with Sugar Free Cool Whip. Can we have this, and if so, how do we count it--as a condiment or as a sweet treat? Here are the ingredients:


Kraft Cool Whip Sugar Free


Serving Size: 2 T.


Calories: 20


Total Fat: 1 gram (sat fat)


Sugars: 0 grams


Water, Corn Syrup*(adds a trivial amount of sugar), hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut and palm kernel oils), less than 2% of sodium caseinate (from milk), natural and artificial flavor, modified food starch, Xanthan and Guar gums, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, sodium polyphosphates, acesulfame, potassium and aspartame (sweeteners), beta carotene (color).
