2 grains 2 fruits, 2nd week of phase 2?

Tomorrow I start my 2nd week of phase 2. I have read all the phase 2 materials, and I am unsure if I should go another week with just 1 grain and 1 fruit per day, or if I should up it to 2 grains and 2 fruits per day. I have seen it mentioned being done either way. I assume it is personal preference? Is there a better chance of weight loss with the more cautious route?

Personally, I would do 2 and 2 in the second week.
I agree with Maggie. Move along to 2 fruits and 2 grains. And, be sure to keep drinking plenty of water!!
