I made a wonderful sandwich for lunch today, thinking everything is SBF. It was SO good, that I thought I'd double check here to see if it's appropriate for phase 2.

It was made of: 2 slices Pepperidge Farm Multigrain bread, barely a tbsp. of Hellman's Light mayo, about 3 oz. of oven-roasted turkey breast, about 1/3 of a avocado, and some alfalfa sprouts.

Thanks!

Hi Laurie!

I was wondering about the Hellman's light, so I'm glad you asked. I read the label today at the grocery, saw that it had sugar or corn syrup in it (can't remember which) and put it back down. It must be a teeny amount. I've never used full fat mayo, and I really don't want to now either.

Now I can make my tuna salad and not feel bad about it! Your sandwich sounds very good, too.

p.s. I don't often find others with the same spelling of "Laurie"! How many times in your life has it been misspelled as "Lori"???? :)

I use the Hellman's Light. It does have sugar listed as the 6th ingredient

Light or reduced fat mayo is recommended.
