Am I eating enough???

Hi all-
I started P2 Sunday and was worried that I may not be taking in enough food (or the right foods). I don't feel hungry at all, but I also want to make sure that I'm eating enough to continue to see weight loss (I lost about 8 pounds on P1)
Today my meals are:
B - 2 eggs w/ low fat turkey, cup of low fat milk
S - Cup of low fat yogurt
L - 1/2 Tuna fish sandwich on whole wheat, 1 pickle (I'm addicted to pickles), and a pear
S - 8 baby carrots, string cheese
D - Brocoli, string beans, 1/2 chicken cutlet w/ low fat cheese
Am I taking in too much cheese? dairy?

Hi Kami,
I can't tell if you're getting in your minimum daily 4.5 cups of veggies per day.
