I officially start phase II today but I confess to cheating and starting yesterday. I had already done my grocery shopping and that whole grain bagel was calling me. (1/2 bagel) I am excited to get past Phase I but also a little nervous. I had so much success with phase I (9 lbs lost). I just hope I don't gain it back. I still have 11 lbs to lose.
I am adding 1/2 whole grain bagel, 1 apple, and 1 low carb/low sugar yogurt to my meal. Does this sound about right or should I only introduce 1 item per day?
(the apple and yogurt are replacing phase 1 snack options)

You should start eating one fruit and one grain for the first week then progress to 2 of each in the second week and 3 of each in the third week.
What type of whole grain bagel did you buy? Keep in mind when choosing
