I must have goofed this week

Last week, I added in one slice of wheat bread and one fruit each day. It was my second week of SBD. No problems. Starting on Sunday, I bumped to 2 grain servings and 2 fruits each day.
This morning I woke up hungry with an insane craving for something sweet. It was REALLY bad. What I really wanted was a cookie. I had my veggie omelet and coffee. Still the bad urge. I had 5 mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. Still there. I left the house before I ate something I shouldn't! There are too many sweets around here.
The feeling has died, I think. I don't know if the fruit got me (berries and apples) or adding that one grain serving (oatmeal, one slice of wheat bread). I guess I'll go back to one of each for a few more days, try to figure it out.
I'm open to suggestions of any kind from those who have been there!

Please don't cut back on your grains and fruits.
I agree with Maggie that you shouldn't cut back on your fruits and grains. However, you may want to try different ones. When we start phase 2, we should monitor for cravings and make changes accordingly.
I know it is very hard with kids around, but can you get the junk food out of the house? I trick I use is to buy stuff for the kids that I don't like.....USUALLY this works!! ;)

OK, it's better today. I have NO idea what happened to me yesterday. It was like, "oh what the heck - have some cookies, because a few won't matter!" I didn't do it, but there was definitely a devil on my shoulder....but the angel won out. Well, except for those few chocolate chips, but I think that isn't a huge no-no in phase 2, right?
I do have most of the junk out of here, but I'm not going to cut my kids off totally. I just have to learn to have some willpower, for goodness sake. I bought some of the SF FF Fudgesicles yesterday, so I'll be ready with those if the sweet tooth hits again, I hope. I just wasn't prepared yesterday.
Thanks for the advice! I will try different fruits grains today at different times. Maybe I had my first too early in the day - I know the book warns of this.

Glad to hear things are better today!!
Right, the semi-sweet chocolate chips are okay on Phase 2. Just be sure to limit to 100 calories and consider them your sweet treat for the day.
