I believe Wheat Thins have partially hydrogenated oils, so they are a "nay". Better to go with Triscuits instead.

Wheat Thins are made with "enriched flour" and therefore are not 100% whole grain. They also only contain 1g fiber per ounce, and on South Beach breads/crackers must have at least 3g fiber per ounce. Even the Multrigrain ones are not whole grain and are made with enriched wheat flour (they have SOME whole wheat but not ALL whole wheat)
And I believe they have a new 100% whole grain one...but those STILL do not have enough fiber (I believe they only have 2g fiber instead of 3g but I couldn't find those online to be sure)
