He's insisting they're ok, but I figured I'd ask. They have 3 g of sugar. so is it a yay or a nay?

I was trying to explain to him that the Triscuits were a better choice than the Wheat Thins even though the wheat thins say "Whole Grain".

I had to say, I hope the FDA tackles this one soon. Now that "whole grains" have been declared good for you, everything is calling itself "whole grain" when most of them are made with just a bit of whole wheat flour, mostly enriched flour, and not enough fiber! My boyfriend tries to eat healthy and when he sees "whole grain" he buys the product! So his home is filled with whole grains . . . but I can't eat a lot of them. He doesn't really understand my reasoning. :)
