What constitutes a sweet treat?

I know we are allowed 100 calories of a sweet treat daily, but does this mean 100 calories of anything sweet? I have had here and there these Cadbury Thins Dark Chocolate bars at 100 calories each. Is this legal?

Also, I found these yummy tamari almonds. They are roasted with a wheat-free tamari sauce. Not sure if they are roasted with oil or not but they definitely have salt from the tamari, but don't taste very salty. They are so good and I can't find dry roasted nuts anywhere. The only ones I can find are roasted with canola oil. Are my tamari almonds legal? Thanks.
