phase 1 or phase 2?

Hey everyone, I am new here and I just have a quick question. I only have 6-7 lbs to lose, but need to lose them rather quickly. Should I do phase 1 or start with phase 2? Thanks a lot! I have everything ready and plan on starting tomorrow morning.

Where you start depends more on cravings. Do you crave sweets? Are your cravings uncontrollable? If so, start with Phase 1. If not, Phase 2 is a perfectly safe place to start where you will see sustained weight loss.
I see you want to lose some weight rather quickly. Please know that this is not a 'quick fix' or 'fad' diet. This is a healthy way of eating for life. The benefits of SBD are weight loss in a heart healthy way.
