Safe to move onto week 2?

I'm just finishing today week one of Phase 2. I think I'm safe to move onto two grains and two fruits. I weighed myself daily this past week and here is how it went:
Mon- 148 pounds
Tues- 148 pounds
Wed- 147.5 pounds
Thurs- 147 pounds
Fri- 148 pounds
Sat- 147 pounds
Sun- 146.5 pounds (today)
I weigh myself first thing in the morning. So, if I understand it, I am to pick another grain (like one piece of bread) and one fruit and eat them daily in addition to the ones I ate in week one. And I must eat this same new grain every day for a week, right? Maybe I'll pick bread. I think eating oatmeal every day for a week would get tiring!

It's fine to move to two fruits and two grains this week. However, it does NOT need to be the same fruits and grains for an entire week. Mix it up. Boredom may cause you to stray from the foods to enjoy list.
