Hello phase 2!

I'm starting phase 2 today. I haven't eaten yet, but I'm thinking 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast. Maybe with some hard boiled eggs. Not sure yet. I lost about 5 pounds in phase 1. I was hoping for a little bit more, but I'm pretty happy with that. I can't wait to have my grain for today. Haven't decided yet what it's going to be.

Yay for you! I'm in P2, week 3. I lost 5 pounds in P1, and am down another pound or pound a half, depending on the day. This doesn't sound like much...but my clothes fit much better. In fact, all my pants are looser, and 3 people at work asked me if I lost weight! So I must have lost at least an inch off my waistline (I had to tighten my belt one notch) and my boobs seem to be getting a bit smaller! lol!
I know what you mean about being excited to have that grain. Towards the end of P1 I had a craving for cold cereal with skim milk. I barely ate cereal before so this was interesting. I found one I really like called Optimum Slim (by Nature's Path). I love grapefruit, too.
