I was doing really well and losing about 2 pounds a week. As of Sunday I was at 206. Since yesterday I have been back up at 208. I've been exercising and eating pretty well. I understand normal weight fluctuations, but the last time this happened to me, I stayed between 211 and 214 for at least a month. And I really don't want that to happen again. I'm going to post my menu for the past two days so you guys can look at it and tell me if anything jumps out at you. It doesn't change all that much. I tend to eat what I like over and over again. :)
Wednesday:
B: 3/4 cup Optimum Slim cereal. 1 cup of nf milk and an orange. multi-vitamin.
S: Plain ff yogurt with splenda. 13 triscuts (thin crisps) with lite laughing cow cheese.
L: 3 cups salad with sliced almonds, a little parm, and sbd balsamic vin. 1 cup black bean chili.
S: Apple with 2T natural peanut butter.
D: Turkey burger with lots of mushrooms, onions, and a slice of rf provolone.
D: 2 nsa fudgesicles.
Water: 10 cups.
Exercise: 40 minutes of Turbo Jam.
Thursday:
B: 2 eggs and 2 pieces turkey bacon. 1 cup of nf milk. multi-vitamin.
S: 15 triscuts (thin crisps) with lite laughing cow cheese and an orange.
L: 3 cups salad with sliced almonds, a little parm, and sbd balsamic vin. 1 cup black bean chili.
S: Apple with 2T natural peanut butter.
D: Turkey burger with onions and rf provolone. 1 cup of nf milk.
S: Forget to add my snack. I had a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. yum!!!
D: 2 nsa fudgesicles.
Water: 14.5 cups.
Exercise: 50 minutes kickboxing class.
I think I might have been overdoing it on the peanut butter, so I'm not going to be eating that for a while to see if it helps. But I've been tracking my calories and I haven't gone over yet, so I don't know what else would be causing this. Any help is welcome!
TIA!!!

Katy,
Your P2 menu looks great!! It is normal for weight to fluctuate and stall periodically. Many factors can affect weight loss.
I think your idea to cut out the peanut butter is a good idea. You never know.
From the looks of your meal plans, it looks like you are in the second week of Phase 2, right? If you are beyond the second week, you need to be sure to add a third fruit and grain.
You are on the right track.
Oops! I guess I should have said which Phase I'm in. I am in my 2nd week of Phase 2. One Monday I will start week 3 of Phase 2, and after reading so much about it on here I'll be sure too get all my grains and fruits in. Even though that seems like so much food! I love South Beach so far and wish I had started eating this way years ago!
Thanks for the help Karen!
You're welcome....you are on the right track! Keep up the good work!
