Pudding pie and Triscuit questions

I made a pudding pie using the pecan nut crust and two boxes of the Jello SF FF Cheesecake pudding. I was going to use one, but read the wrong recipe and used too much milk, so I had to add the second box! What would a serving size of this be? I used a 9" pie plate.

Also, are the Triscuit Deli Style Rye crackers ok?

6 crackers (28g)
Dietary Fiber 3g
Sugar 0g
Whole Wheat, Soybean Oil, Rye, Caraway Seed, Saly, Monoglycerides.

I can't find the triangle Triscuits anywhere!  I've looked at Albertsons, Ralphs, Vons!

Jen, I've tried the peanut butter crust with the chocolate pie filling before, and it is delicious!
