B: Smoothie made with Orange flavored Crystal Light, ice, 1 cup strawberries, 1 whole banana, 1.5 cups plain nf yogurt. (DH and I split this)
S: I was still a little hungry from the smoothe so I made a scrambled egg with onion and 2 cups spinach, 2 Tb feta cheese.
L: 1 can water packed tuna with 1 Tb Best Foods mayo, chopped celery, onion and dill pickle. Put this on 9 rye Triscuits (1.5 grain servings)
S: Celery with laughing cow cheese. 4 oz Dannon Light & Fit yogurt.
D: We are making whole wheat pizza with part skim mozzarella and tons of veggies. Just cheese for the boys.
I will probably drink some milk later in the day.
