Hi! I haven't updated in a few days, so here I am. I am still plugging away. I went to the Met-Yankee game last night and all I ate there was one french fry. Not even a beer, lol. I came home and ate some FF hot dogs on WW tortillas. I ate a little more of that than I should have, but all it added up to was 3 grain servings instead of 2.
My scale still has not gone down at all and I'm not noticing a big difference in anything, but I do have a new pair of size 12 shorts that I bought not fitting. Bad me I know, but I'm determined to get into them. I tried them on a little while ago and I got them buttoned AND zipped! They are still way too tight to actually wear, but I'm getting there. It's encouraging. People are telling me I look like I've lost, but I'm not seeing it much.
I did renew my gym membership for one more month, so I can go right up until I move. I'm happy about that. I'm going 3-4 times a week and doing 45-50 minutes. Most of it on the amazing Arc trainer. I love that machine. I need to add abs back in. I've been bad about that but at least I'm getting the cardio in.
Even if I'm not seeing results as quickly as I've wanted to, but I feel so good. And that is most important.
