Hershey Park/Beach Ideas?

We are going to Hershey park next week for 3 days and then we leave the first week of July for the beach. I am really worried about having trouble finding anything south beach approved at Hershey. I can bring some south beach snacks but what do i do about breakfast, lunch and dinner since we will most likely be eatting in the park?
The beach will be alot easier since I can buy and bring a lot of the staples. It will just be hard because we are going with DH's family who make a lot of fried fatty high carb foods.

Being from the west coast I don't have an personal experience with Hershey Park - but I have done a few days at Disneyland while on South Beach.
First, I would look and see if they list their restaurants/menus on line. That helped me at least make a plan. I also brought plenty of portable snacks - SBD cereal bars, apples, Fruit Leather, nuts, Triscuits, etc. So that when meal time did come I wasn't overly hungry (that is my personal weakness and the time I am mostly likely to give in)
I'm not a big salad person, I don't like salads for meals, so that makes eating out very tough for me. But there were a couple restaurants that offered chicken ceasar salads. I did that for as many meals as I could - but it gets boring! I had to make some concessions - not full fledged cheats in my opinion, but just a "make due" type thing.
For example, one day I had a turkey sandwhich, no mayo - just mustard - on "whole wheat" bread. I'm sure it wasn't truly whole grain, but it is still certainly a better meal than a hot dog and fries or fried chicken and mashed potatoes! At another meal I had grilled salmon with a rice pilaf. It was white rice, but again I think it was better than a burger or something fried.
So my theory on vacation is to just make the BEST choice out of what is available. It won't be 100% perfect, I've just resigned myself to that. My first vacation on SB I almost ruined because I was so stressed over not finding "perfect" SB-friendly food. I spend half of it crying and freaking out and not enjoying the vacation. Now I wish I hadn't taken the food so seriously and enjoyed my vacation more.
