Go back to Phase 1?

Hi everyone!
This past weekend, a week after progressing to phase 2, I completely cheated. It was my graduation from college, so it was 3-4 days of parties and eating. I dont feel like I am having cravings or anything, but I did gain about 2 lbs. Should I go back to phase 1? or should i just continue with phase 2, slowly adding carbs and fruits back into my diet? (I was only at 1 of each per day before the weekend.)

Personally I would just continue with phase 2.
Its important to look at South Beach as a life change. If you were climbing a mountain and slipped back a few feet, would you go all the way back to the bottom and start over, or continue climbing from where you fell? I think going back to phase 1 everytime one falls off plan starts a bad cycle. Phase 1 isn't a punishment.
I would just dust yourself off and move forward!
