Need opinion on my lunch.....

For lunch after church, I had Rosemary and Olive Oil Triscuit (4) with a small square of cheddar cheese and a small square of 97% fat free turkey on it. Is that allowable? I also had about 4 oz. of chocolate yogurt (plain lowfat yogurt mixed with sugar free chocolate pudding mixture). This is a first, and was wondering if it is ok.

Everything you listed is fine for Phase 2 (the cheese was low fat, right?).

The cheese was regular cheddar cheese, but now I am using the low fat. Thank you!

I personally think that sounds more like a snack.

Its all legal - but I agree with Kim, that would be a snack for me, not a meal. 4 Triscuits and 1/2 a serving yogurt is NOT enough food for a lunch. Heck that would BARELY be even a snack for me! I can't imagine that fills you and leaves you feeling satisfied?
