No loss in first week on Phase 2

Well I weighed myself this morning and I'm right at where I was when I started phase 2. I'm six pounds down. A few days ago I was back up two pounds so I guess I was relieved to see that I'm back at my baseline from the end of Phase 1, but I am a little discouraged that I haven't lost any weight this week. I think I may be overdoing it on the grains so I'm going to work on decreasing those. I also haven't had any time to exercise and so hopefully when I integrate that back into my lifestyle it will make a difference. So I'm disappointed, but not giving up!

It's not unusual to maintain for your first week or two when starting phase 2.
I'm glad to hear you're not giving up!!
