Question on Cranberries

Guys ,

I have been lurking around for awhile just staying my own course, but I need some advice now.  Can we have dried cranberries?  I would love to add some to a muffin mix.  Also does anyone know anything about the Grapenuts Trail mix crunch cereal?  A whole half cup serving has 10 grams of sugar which is high, but it has 5 grams of fiber.  Do you think it would be harmful to add say a tablespoon to yogurt for a change of pace every so often?  Thanks in advance as always for any advice and support.

Dried cranberries are fine - if you can find them without added sugar. Most of the big brands have added sugar. I've found them without in the bulk bins at my health food store.

The limit for sugar in ceral is 8 grams, so that one is a little too high. There are lots of great cereals that are within the limit that would be great in yogurt.
