hey everyone,

confession time for me..i was aweful last nite..dunno what came over me n after dinner i ended up easting another dinner(not so good one this time),..garbanzo beans with fried white tortillas(abt 1/2 cup),white rice (abt 3 tbsps) N half a bar of chocolate...was having a stressful evening n took it out on food.

rite now i feel like im abt to throw up,bloaty,crampy n plain yuck,cant concentrate on my work or anything,scales up to 134!!it was 131 yesterday...:(

anyideas on what to do today.... dont think i can eat anything, n im not super happy with myself either.i wish i had more selfcontrol,everyones been commenting abt how good i look,even tho the scale hasnt bugded much,my clothes fit me better,i can comfortably wear stuff i couldnt b/f....if only there was a magic wand which would take the last 10 pounds off!

The good news is that I bet you don't do it again! I cheated one day with an ice cream drumstick, which used to be my favorite summer treat, and some chips....and I felt so sick that I can promise you I won't make that mistake again.

Don't be mad at yourself. It sounds like you're doing wonderfully 99% of the time. Everybody slips up.

Hi,
Thanks for the support,i felt much better after reading the posts.
for breakfast i had 1/4 cup granola n milk(1 cup)
lunch: red beans,brocolli,green beans
n dinner i went out n had a seafood soup. plus 1 cup of yogurt for a snack...

so i hope in a few days my body starts to feel normal,im still very bloaty.

hey, well i had posted the recipe for the granola i eat(i make it at home) n i think of of the cl's said it was ok,i have 1/4 a cup for breakfast n so far i havent noted any gain or cravings from it,infact i feel ok to last till lunch(works way better than eggs for me).
the soup was clear with shrimp,scallops n some fish..so i thought that would be ok.

the weight it down to 132 so hopefully in a day or 2 itll be back to normal.
ive realized that eating late at nite for me just throws me off the weight loss path,anytime after 9.00 n the next day i feel sick,n soemtimes thats the only time i can sit down n eat(its psycological..im used to sitting down n eating,if i eat on the go,it just feels like im snacking), so do you have any ideas for later nite meals....

granola recipe:

3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup spenda
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut(ive been omitting this n its still very good)
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup shelled unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup SF Maple syrup
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon maple extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Preheat oven to 275°F. Combine old-fashioned oats,WW flour, splenda, almonds, sunflower seeds and salt in 13x9x2-inch metal baking pan. Whisk vegetable oil, 1/2 cup milk,SF Maple syrup, vanilla extract and maple extract,cinnamon,allspice in medium bowl to blend. Add to dry ingredients in pan and stir to coat well. Bake until granola is golden and crunchy, stirring frequently, about 60 minutes. Cool completely. (Granola can be prepared up to 2 weeks ahead. Store in airtight container at room temperature.)

Makes about 4 cups.

hey,just wanted to let u know ,back to 131!! u guys were right,it was temporary, n im never ever gonna do that again,...its strange but some foods that i used to love,i cant eat at all anymore.

ive been having lots of water n eating veges,but havinf a tuff time getting in the 2 cups of vegetables for dinner n i'm pretty sure thats whats causing my weight stall.

also is the breyers carbsmart icecream ok?
