Hi All,
What type of spread do you recommend using in place of butter? I know that butter isn't SB friendly because of the fat/cholesterol but I would rather use butter than margarine. Is there something that someone can recommend that's tasty w/out the trans-fat? Thanks for your feedback!

On SB we always avoid spreads without trans fats. The one I use is Smart Balance.

The two types of fat we avoid, the "bad" ones, are saturated fat and trans-fats (hydrogenated, partially-hydrogenated).
