Hello everyone! My Fiance and I have been using Laughing Cow light cheese as a treat for ourselves whenever the scale goes down. We both love it and it's a little to $$ to eat everyday, so we made it our treat. It feels great to treat ourselves with something completely LEGAL and yet so delicious. I'd like to hear what other delicious and legal "treats" people are eating. I just tried the SF caramel pudding last night. OMG that is good! Also, I tried the SBD pepperoni pizza. It felt like the biggest indulgence EVER, and guess what my weight dropped today by 1.6 lbs. Gotta Love that!

I don't often have it, but when I eat natural peanut butter and sf jelly on whole wheat bread or a whole wheat english muffin.....I can't believe I am dieting!!

I really love natural peanut butter so one of my favorite treats is a sliced apple with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter to dip

Also, we really like the sf ff white chocolate pudding with cool whip free and raspberries

And nsa fudgesicles :)

Hi Becky! congrats on you loss! Also, thank you for your thoughts on the treats. I hate trying things (spending $$) and then hating it, so it's always good to have other's input.

On the weight stall issue, I had went down 1.6 and am now up again 1.6. I am so obsessed I actually chart my weight. LOL! Anyway, it's reading 146 for now and I was looking at the chart and started getting mad all over again - then it occurred to me that my "high" for the week is 1 lb less than last week's high, and my "low" for the week is one pound lower than last week. SO, nevermind that my chart looks like an EKG from a hospital, its sloping downward and THANK GOD! :)

Have a fantastic weekend! My goal is to not drink too much vino! Lori

Hi Lori,

I love what you say about the EKG and the graph you have!
