Yes! I love pudding! We are limited to one serving a day because of the starches. If you use the small sugar-free, fat-free boxes, I think a serving is 1/4 of the box.
I like to mix in a box of the cheesecake pudding to the 32 ounce container of plain fat free yogurt. I just add some splenda and it's great!
We do the cheesecake yogurt thing here all the time, too. And I LOVE the chocolate cooked SF pudding--I make it and eat it warm, with a little SF cool whip and a sprinkle of cinnamon--YUM!

Yes! :) One way my family enjoys sf/ff pudding for dessert is as follows:
2 cups cold ff milk
1 pkg (4 serving size) white chocolate flavor ff sf pudding
1/2 cup cool whip free
1 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh both work)
Mix pudding with milk then add cool whip. Fold in raspberries and chill 1 hour.
