Cheated a bit this weekend

Hi All,
Well, I am entering my second week on Phase 2 and this weekend I fell off the wagon. Not in a major way but still - I need to jump back on the program the right way for the new week. It's been so HOT here in the mid-west that I actually lost my appetite throughout part of the afternoon on saturday and sunday - I think many of us throughout the USA have been experiencing record heat! In any case - I just wasn't really that hungry during the day and ended up snacking more that eating meals. When it was time for Dinner - I was hungry. The actual meals that I ate over the weekend were good/healthy - chicken, veggies, salad etc... but I had a couple of bites of a brownie here, couple of bites of a oatmeal raspberry bar there. My husband and I went out for dinner tonight and I had a very SB friendly salad but......we had dessert - yummy choc. chip cookies (if anyone has Max & Erma's restaurant by them - it's those choc. chip cookies that they bake). I will say - the one thing I did notice was that even though it was really good - I didn't feel like I had to eat 5 cookies (as I would have in the past). I had one and that satisfied me.
So....I guess in the world of cheating - it's not all that bad but I don't want to become too casual and think that it's ok to do everyday - a little bit here and there add's up. This was definitely more of a sugar weekend (and I felt some bloating yesterday but the scale didn't budge up or down which I was glad to see). Anyways, thanks for listening and hope everyone had a great weekend!

You're right! It's not that bad! Just get up, dust yourself off and pick up right where you left off in phase 2.
I agree, it really is hard to eat when it is SO hot!! How about planning cool meals, like great salads, smoothies, gazpacho?
