Question about yogurt for the day.

I know that on the meal planner for phase 2 says that I can have one fourth of a cup of yogurt for the day. What if I have no other dairy for the day,can I have more yogurt? I am having gas alot if I drink milk, so I don't drink it except for once in awhile. If I have milk, and yogurt during the day, I have lots of gas. So, I choose to just have yogurt for lunch and maybe another fourth of a cup for supper or a snack. My yogurt is flavored with sugar free instant pudding mixed in with vanilla yogurt. Everything I eat either has to be sugar free,or stone ground whole wheat. Oh, and the right portions.

You can have up to 3 cups of non-fat plain yogurt each day in phase 2.

Thank you for the articles that cleared things up. I had gotten away from the correct way of making my nf yogurt flavored and yummy. I began making my own concoctions. But, I was using the recipes and skipping the nf plain yogurt and using the flavored vanilla yogurt. Plus, I got so carefree, that I began using more of the peanut butter than was supposed to be used. I really got off on my own. I am back to the recipes the correct way, and maybe that is why I am on a plateau. I didn't gain but maybe a pound or two at a time, but would lose it during my exercising. Thank you again.
