I never eat soy products so I'm confused when it comes to the ingredients (what to look for/avoid) & how to count them (protein?). I tried them at work & they tasted great! Are these legal?
Ingredients: low fat non-GMO soy flour, rice pieces, mid-oleic sunflower oil, sea salt/
Serving size: 28g
Fat: 3g
Carbs: 14g
Fiber: 2g
Sugars: 1g
Protein: 7g
Are they counted as a protein? Starch?
Also, on a different note, I have a receipe question. If the receipe calls for say 1-2 tsp honey with all other ingredient sbd friendly, & it serves 4 or 6 people, is it considered a sbd legal receipe since the 1 tsp honey is divided by 4 or 6 servings? I was thinking it is ok if you use the same reasoning as why its ok to use corn starch as a thickening agent, right? Plus, some sbd food approved products have, for example, honey in small amounts & still are ok to eat, right? Am I totally off here?
Thanks,
Amanda

Amanda,
Sorry, but soy chips are not allowed on SBD.

Amanda,
I just use a packet of splenda when a recipe calls for a little bit of honey.
Karen,
Just so I understand, and to learn all that I can, what makes soy chips no legal?
Thanks,
Amanda
