Curbing the appetite?

Hello Ladies,
I'm planning to start the diet tomorrow. I've already done some prep work - read the book and loaded the fridge with veggies, meat, etc. I've posted before saying that I need to lose 20 lbs after pregnancy but will start with Phase 2, not Phase 1, b/c I'm nursing.

I've never been a person to overeat, but while I was pregnant I couldn't stop eating. I had the baby almost 3 weeks ago, but the trend of eating too much continues. It's not that I eat too much, it's just that I feel hungry all the time and it's exactly that i FEEL hungry, not AM hungry. I go crazy if I don't go around the fridge every hour or so. I'm afraid that once I start the diet, I'll sabotage it by eating too much food which is not permissible on the diet. Is there a way to curb appetite?

Your appetite will naturally subside as you eat the right foods.

The South Beach is *amazing* on how it curbs the appetite. I can sit next to a plate of donuts at work and not even flinch!

Ugh, I hope this happens for me too - not even flinching at a plate of donuts, although they are not my favs...
